Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis' 'Sex and the City' reboot 'And Just Like That' renewed for season 2

Three of the four stars of the popular HBO series Sex and the City had reunited in 2021 for a new show that picked up with the same characters roughly two decades later. Titled And Just Like That, the new series, aired on HBO Max. It starred Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis in the roles they made famous during the late 1990s and early 2000s. However, Kim Cattrall did not return.

Now, much to everyone's excitement and surprise, the hit Sex and the City revival has been renewed for a second season. “I am delighted and excited to tell more stories about these vibrant, bold characters — played by these powerful, amazing actors,” said showrunner Michael Patrick King in a statement. “The fact is, we’re all thrilled. And Just like That… our Sex life is back.”
