Keeping things classic, just like herself, the Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 40th birthday taking a vintage route. The social media account of Kensington Palace unveiled 3 looks of Kate Middleton flaunting vintage Alexander McQueen looks. The first one featured Kate posed in a monochromatic picture, effortlessly flaunting a white flowy gown. She accessorized her serene look with a pair of drop pearl earrings that once belonged to her mother-in-law, Princess Diana. Keeping her glam natural and tresses flowy, she completed her look.
For another picture, the Duchess flaunted her priceless smile wearing a striking red McQueen off-shouldered gown, featuring a statement sleeve. She accentuated the look of her bright gown with a pair of delicate earrings that belonged to the collection of Queen Elizabeth.
The third look features the birthday icon in a ruffled white dress from the designer’s collection. She styled her look with an au-neutral glam and textured waves.
All three portraits will be displayed under the permanent collection of the National Portrait Gallery, to mark her milestone birthday.
