As we celebrate her birthday today, we take a trip down the memory lane to reminisce some of her blockbuster movies.

The Mask (1994) 

Marking her debut in Hollywood, Cameron Diaz entered the movies with this hilarious film. Her role as Tina Carlyle, who later becomes the lead actor's interest, was a kickstart to her uber-successful career. Her role got her a lot of recognition and easily made her one of the leading and most-bankable heroines. 

She's the One (1996) 

One of her other early films, Cameron Diaz stunned as Heather Davis. Although the movie had other stars like Jennifer Aniston herself, Cameron was applauded for her role and art in the movie. 

My Best Friend's Wedding (1997)

One of the most popular in pop-culture movies, My Best friend's Wedding has to be one of actresses bigger milestones. From starring in an all-star film to being recognized as a distinct face in Hollywood, Cameron ticked off a lot of things off her bucket list with this one! 

Charlie's Angels (2000)

You've got to agree, that this is one of her most kickass movies, ever! This one is such a classic, we can watch it on repeat all day. Really Cameron, thank you for this! 

Shrek (2001)

This movie is close to our soul and so is Diaz's character, Princess Fiona. While we know she didn't act but only lent her voice for this one, we are utterly thankful for the familiarity of her beautiful voice keeping us company throughout the movie. One of the most epic films ever, wouldn't you agree? 

The Holiday (2006)

Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black... needless to say, this movie is very dear to us. Close to our hearts and a part of our soul, this film is one of those rare gems that give you a feel-good-feeling always! Oh damn, this makes us want to search for our DVD right now! 

What Happens in Vegas (2008) 

Starring Ashton Kutcher, this movie set a benchmark for future Rom-Coms to follow. Still one of the greatest romantic comedies ever made, we loved the chemistry, spark and the hate-to-love-you relationship they shared throughout the movie. Oh God, we are definitely having a 'Cameron Diaz Marathon' tonight! 

The Green Hornet (2011)

One of her first and only Comedy-Thrillers, Cameron's role as the love interest of both lead actors sparked a great deal of buzz and appreciation in her favor. The film got mixed reviews with the critics but went on to become a blockbuster at the box-office.
