Game of Thrones: Season 8 runtime of episodes reportedly leaked and we can’t keep calm

After waiting patiently for the new season of Game of Thrones for almost two years, the fans of the fantasy show will once again be treated to lots of dragons, mayhem, drama, and destruction in the last and final season of the popular series. The makers have successfully kept the details about the final season tightly under wraps but apparently, the runtime of the eight episodes of the season has been leaked online and considering that the episodes are going to be one helluva long watch the viewers should be prepared with munchies and a cozy corner before they start watching.

A group of French TV channels had held a presentation recently to tease the viewers about the upcoming show and in that they mentioned that the first two episodes of the season will be 60 minutes each while the rest four will be 80 minutes long.

The series is based on author George RR Martin’s bestselling series of fantasy novels A Song of Ice and Fire. The show is a screen adaptation created by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. The new season is all set to premiere on April 14 on HBO. The series will bring back stars like Kit Harrington, Emilia Clarke, Lena Headey, Sophie Turner, Nikolaj Coaster-Waldau, Peter Dinklage and others.
