Katy Perry reveals THIS Madonna-inspired Jean Paul Gaultier ensemble 'would have been' her costume for MET Gala 2020!

The ongoing Pandemic of COVID-19 has called off may red carpet galas for the year and glitziest red carpet affair of all times – Met Gala is one of them.  Owing to the global crisis, this high-end fashion affair which was scheduled on May 4th has been postponed indefinitely.

Being amongst one of the best-dressed celebrities at the glam bam affair, pop sensation Katy Perry posted the iconic dress she had in mind for this year's extravagant gala.

Taking it to her social media account, Katy captioned her Jean Paul Gaultier couture as ‘what would have been’ her iconic costume for this year’s Met Theme- ‘About Time’. This conical bra couture would've been her tribute to the pop sensation and a legendary style icon Madonna.

Unfortunately, with the MET affair postponed indefinitely and the actress-singer due in summer, we would not see this fashionista pulling off this uber-chic look. Last year, she dressed up as a chandelier and later showed up to the after-party in her cheeseburger costume.
