The chilly winds and dropping temperature of Mumbai have left people to curl up in their blankets, craving for adrak wali chai and we don’t blame them. It’s after a really long time that the city has witnessed a cold climate that got them raiding their closets for sweaters and jackets. However, the cold in Mumbai has got nothing on the people of Delhi and it's brought up every time in conversations spanning from the month of November to January! Hell, as per the meme community, even the cold in Antarctica cannot compete with the one in Delhi. (pun intended)
Now, what brought us to this debatable topic of weather were divas Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday and their not-so-weather-appropriate sartorial choices. Yesterday, promoting their upcoming release Gehraiyaan, the ladies flaunted some skin that left them shivering. Deepika was seen sporting a tangy David Koma number that bore feisty cut-out details and a daring thigh slit. Whereas, Ananya donned a strapless crop top teamed with printed off-white pants. While posing for the cameras, we even saw her co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi wrapping his jacket around the actress as she was fighting the chilly winds.
Moments after this, a fun debate on the social account of Diet Sabya started that left Delhiites and Mumbaikars divided in the name of winter. While Mumbai peeps argued why on earth would they wear such clothes in a cold climate, the Delhi gang boasted that this ‘barely’ even sums up winter in their metropolitan city.
