10 times birthday star Varun Dhawan served ‘fitspiration’ and showed us good things come to those who 'weight'

Tera Dhyaan Kidhar Hai Ye Tera Hero Idhar Hai is what we feel when we see birthday icon Varun Dhawan putting his sculpted arms, toned legs, and washboard abs on full display every single time. The actor, who made his big Bollywood debut in 2012 with Dharma Production’s Student of the Year was always into fitness. Unstoppable at the Box Office as well as the gym, Varun has served us some fitness goals time and again.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, he has not only maintained his physique over the years but has also bulked up or shrunk down with a hardcore exercise regime whenever the script demanded. Case in point- Main Tera Hero (2014), Badlapur (2015), Dishoom (2016), Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya (2017), Judwaa (2017), Street Dancer 3D (2020), and every other Varun film one can name! His latest look in Bawaal testifies the very fact that he has worked harder than ever to achieve those cuts, abs, and that toned look.
