Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris is a social event, held to raise charity, which involves ‘coming out’ of 25 girls from influential families around the world. The progeny of politicians, business tycoons, and media personalities are selected to take part in an event filled with couture, cavaliers and moolah raising.
