Know what a million dollars looks like? Take a look at Malaika Arora. That’s what it does. She’s 45 today! Who would say? The Bollywood hottie and TV presenter is bringing in her birthday tomorrow at Milan in Northern Italy’s Lombardo region. You don’t need to be there to know how it’s going because Malaika is boosting tourism in Milan big time by posting the most drool worthy pictures of herself on Instagram that smack of the romance of this global city also known for its fashion, food, architecture and entertainment.
But, Bollywood is curious to know who she is there with. Yesterday, Malaika put up a picture of her gorgeous self against a graffiti-splashed Milan wall on which was written “Kiss” and “Love” and she tantalizingly captioned the picture, “We found love in a hopeless place… He looks at me like nobody does.” Fans who stalk her endlessly and hopelessly on social media are hoping the “nobody” is her young and dashing admirer Arjun Kapoor along with whom Malaika is now rumoured to be a “couple”. It is believed he waited for the release of his film Namaste England on Friday last before romantically following her there.

Everybody’s talking about them. Especially after Arjun went on the TV reality show India’s Got Talent that has Malaika as one of its judges (the others are Karan Johar and Kirron Kher) to promote Namaste England and sat beside her, held her hand, and even danced with her on stage. He endeared himself to the audience by clumsily trying to match her sinuous movements to the tune of Beat Pe Booty from A Flying Jatt.

Earlier, they made a public appearance at Lakme Fashion Week where they sat together in the front row for designer Kunal Rawal’s show and were subsequently seen at Sandeep Khosla’s bash.

The thing is, why should anybody raise eyebrows at seeing Malaika and Arjun together? Her 19-year marriage to Arbaaz Khan ended in divorce. And he has moved on and found love in Bollywood newcomer and Italian actor Giorgia Andriani. They are seen at public events, family functions, private dinners and on social media and give all indications of being a couple.

Arbaaz is 51 and Giorgia is 29. But age does not seem to have deterred Arbaaz. Nor Malaika, for that matter, for Arjun is 33. Now it’s said that bets are privately being taken on which couple will take their relationship further and get married first. Yes, that’s on the cards if close friends of both couple are to be believed. Bollywood is all about big public weddings and happily-ever-after endings. So why should Malaika-Arjun and Arbaaz-Giorgia not have one?
