PeepingMoon Exclusive: Prabhas teams up with KGF director for a Pan-India film; Announcement on Wednesday

There is no stopping for Prabhas! Peepingmoon.com has learned that the Baahubali superstar is announcing his one more film coming Wednesday. The superstar is this time collaborating with KGF director Prashanth Neel for a Pan-India action-thriller. Kannada producer Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films is backing the project that's scheduled to go on floors next year and releases in 2023.

Prabhas- Prashanth Neel film is believed to be set in a fictional dramatic world of mafias and will see the superstar playing a quintessential hero who stands up for the rights of the common man. The other details of the film have been kept under wraps, however, it's reported to be along the lines of Neel's first directorial Ugramn (2014) which revolved around a hero who fights against the thugs for a social cause. The movie will be made on a grand scale and release in multiple Indian languages as has all the Prabhas movies been releasing post-Baahubali's historical success.

Prabhas who's currently busy wrapping up Radha Krishna Kumar's Radhe Shyam will start shooting for Prashanth Neel's film later next year or early 2022. The actor will head to that project only after completing Om Raut's Adipurush and Nag Ashwin's sci-fi movie. While the big-screen Ramayana adaptation goes on floors in January, the Vyjayanthi Films' 50th-anniversary special project that also stars Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan will start its production mid-next year.

The Prabhas-Prashanth Neel film will be Hombale Films' second Pan-India project after the Yash starrer KGF which is awaiting its second chapter in 2021. The production company has planned to announce it on Wednesday, December 2nd at 2.09 PM.
