Marathi actor and director Tushar Ghadigaonkar found dead by suicide, Struggles with career cited

A sad news has come out from the Marathi film industry. Actor and director Tushar Ghadigaonkar has committed suicide. It is being told that Tushar was under mental stress due to not getting work for a long time. This news was confirmed by his close friend and actor Ankur Wadve on social media.

Ankur Wadve, who made his mark with 'Chala Hawa Yeu Dya', shared a picture of Tushar on Instagram and wrote, "Kashasaathi Re Mitra? Kaam Yetaat Aani Jaataat... Paan Asam Jaychan Navhat! Atmakatha Ha Marg Nahi." He further said that the situation may be difficult, but the solution cannot be suicide. Ankur wrote, "Tushar, Tujh Harvanam Mhanje Aapla Sanglayanch Harvanam Jhalaam." Tushar Ghadigaonkar married Siddhi in the year 2022. He shared pictures of this occasion on social media, in which he wrote in the caption "New season begins."

Talking about his career, Tushar has worked in theatre, television and films. He got the most popularity from the series 'Tumchi Mulgi' directed by Bhimrao Mude. He also played an important role in the Bollywood film 'Malaal', in which he appeared as the friend of the main character.

Apart from this, he also appeared in projects like Clove Mirchi, Mann Kasturi Re, Bahubali, Unad, Zhombivali, Hey Mann Bavre and Sangeet Vivaad Aakhyan. He also directed several projects under Ghantnad Productions. Tushar's untimely death has plunged the Marathi industry into deep mourning. This incident once again demands a serious discussion on the mental health and professional struggles of artists in the entertainment world.
