Bollywood actress Genelia D'Souza is currently busy promoting her upcoming film Sitare Zameen Par. In this film, she will be seen playing the role of Aamir Khan's wife. In a recent interview, Genelia spoke openly about her shooting schedule and working hours.
Genelia said that she works 10 hours a day. In a conversation with Zoom, she said, "It is difficult but not impossible. I work 10 hours every day and sometimes the director extends the shoot to 11 or 12 hours, which I find okay. Yes, it requires a little adjustment, but if one has to work more on some day, then it is a sense and part of the process."
Genelia's comment came at a time when actress Deepika Padukone was dropped from the film Spirit. According to reports, Deepika had put a condition of 8-hour shift, share in the profits and not speaking Telugu dialogues, after which director Sandeep Reddy Vanga removed her from the film. Later, Tripti Dimri was cast in her place.
Now talking about Genelia's film Sitare Zameen Par, it is a sports comedy-drama, which is directed by R.S. Prasanna. 10 new faces will be seen in this film of Aamir Khan Productions. The film is going to be released in theaters on June 20.
