Unni Mukundan, a famous actor of the Malayalam film industry, is in the headlines these days due to a controversy. The matter escalated when a person named Vipin Kumar, who claims to be Unni's former manager, filed a police complaint accusing the actor of assault. After this complaint, Unni Mukundan faced criticism on social media and various forums. Now the actor has broken his silence on the whole matter and issued an official statement.

Unni Mukundan, in his statement, completely rejected all the allegations and clarified that Vipin Kumar has never been his personal manager. He said that he was professionally acquainted with Vipin in 2018, when Vipin introduced himself as a PRO (Public Relation Officer). After this, they remained professionally associated for some time, but this relationship was limited and formal.

The actor further said that during the shooting of the film 'Marco', Vipin had a public dispute with a crew member, due to which the film team had to face a lot of trouble. Apart from this, Unni alleged that he had also received several complaints of Vipin's unprofessional behavior, which included gossiping and inappropriate interference in his work. Unni also claimed that Vipin accessed his digital data and threatened to defame him. He termed the entire incident as false and said that he has CCTV footage, which can prove his innocence. The actor also said that some people are jealous of his growing career and due to this such false allegations are being promoted.

It is worth noting that Vipin Kumar had alleged that Unni Mukundan attacked him when he praised actor Tovino Thomas' film 'Narivetta' on social media. After this incident, the matter escalated and Unni had to face social media trolling.
