‘A War Is Going On and You’re Making a Film?’— Public slams Nicki Vicky Bhagnani over 'Operation Sindoor' announcement

Amid the growing tension between India and Pakistan, the announcement of a film 'Operation Sindoor' has created a controversy on social media. It is being said that this film will be based on a bold action taken by India on terrorist bases in Pakistan. The film will be directed by Uttam Maheshwari and Nitin Kumar Gupta together, while its producers will be Nicki Vicky Bhagnani Films and The Content Engineer.

The information about this film first came to light through paparazzi pages. Its poster was shared on Viral Bhayani's Instagram page and it was written, "Nikki Vicky Bhagnani Films and The Content Engineer are together making a film 'Operation Sindoor' based on India's most daring strike."

However, the film has been announced at a time when the situation on the border remains very sensitive. Due to this, the makers are facing criticism on social media. Expressing anger, a user wrote, "It is very disappointing to be mocked with an AI generated poster in the middle of the war." Another user wrote, "Shame on you, the war is going on and you people are making a film." Another comment said, "Bollywood turns every opportunity into a means of capitalism. 'Operation Sindoor' is not even over yet and you people are busy taking advantage of it. Hopefully karma will teach you a lesson."

At present, it has not been announced which actors will be seen in the film, but there are discussions that it could be a women-centric film. The first look poster of the film shows a female army officer, which points to its theme. Apart from the poster, not much information related to the film has been revealed so far, but looking at the current situation, it is clear that questions are being raised on the timing of the film.
