Indian cinema fraternity, from Akshay Kumar to Chiranjeevi, Applauds indian army's swift action in Operation Sindoor

Just 15 days after the Pahalgam terror attack, India has dealt a befitting blow to Pakistan by carrying out surgical strikes at 9 places simultaneously under 'Operation Sindoor'. The attack targeted terror hideouts that were active in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. This operation is a response to the attack that claimed the lives of 26 innocent Indians. This retaliation is being appreciated across the country, and Bollywood celebrities are also not behind in this.

Veteran actor Anupam Kher shared the poster of this operation on his official X (former Twitter) account and wrote, “Bharat Mata ki Jai.”

 

Actor Riteish Deshmukh wrote, “Jai Hind ki Army. Bharat Mata ki Jai.”

Superstar Chiranjeevi shared the post and wrote, “Jai Hind.”

Director Madhur Bhandarkar wrote, “Our prayers are with the army. One country, together. Jai Hind. Vande Mataram.”

Popular TV actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee (Saath Nibhaana Saathiya fame) wrote in her response, “You attacked after asking religion, now you will have to pay the price. You attacked the soul of India, now you will be reduced to dust. Jai Hind. Jai Bharat. Jai Hind ki Army. India strikes with Operation Sindoor.”

Akshay Kumar wrote, “Jai Hind, Jai Mahakaal.”

South superstar Allu Arjun wrote, “Justice must be done. Jai Hind.” Jr NTR wrote, “Prayers for the safety and strength of the Indian Army. Operation Sindoor.”

All India Cine Workers Association also released a statement supporting the Indian government and the army. They wrote, “We express our unwavering support and gratitude for the decisive action taken by the Government of India and the Indian Armed Forces. Targeting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pak Occupied Kashmir is a fitting and bold response to the Pahalgam attack.”
