Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's War 2 is one of the biggest films under production at present. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the spy thriller is the sequel to YRF's blockbuster actioner which released in 2019. The shoot is currently taking place in Mumbai. Kiara Advani is expected to join the shoot on May 1.
Amid anticipation, pictures from War 2's set went viral on social media. Hrithik returns to the shoes of Major Kabir Dhaliwal whereas Jr. NTR is the new menacing antagonist. The former can be seen dressed in a white T-shirt with a black jacket. The latter wore a basic grey T-shirt and pants.

Sources informed PeepingMoon exclusively that Hrithik and Jr. NTR are shooting some pivotal action sequences together. These elaborate fight sequences will include hand-to-hand combat and martial arts choreographed by international stunt coordinators.
War 2 is produced by Aditya Chopra-headed Yash Raj Films. It will release on August 14, 2025.
