Kanguva to Kalki 2898 AD, Disha Patani continues to surprise fans

Disha Patani has emerged as the winner at the box office with her magnetic presence, proving herself as a screen queen! In ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’, Disha shone as the girl-next-door and got appreciated. The film gave her a foothold in Bollywood, but it was with her role in ‘Baaghi 2’ that people got to know her acting prowess. As Neha Salgaonkar, Disha created a lasting impact with limited screen time. Her contribution added to the massive success of the film, which emerged as the biggest blockbuster of 2018 by earning Rs 258 crore worldwide.

With her roles in films such as ‘Malang’, ‘Ek Villain Returns’, and ‘Kung Fu Yoga’, Disha proved that she wants to dive into the man-dominated genre - actioners. These films brought Disha’s caliber to perform action under the limelight and eventually became a reason why Disha became a favourite among filmmakers to cast in never-seen-before kind of roles. 

With her recently released film ‘Yodha’, Disha solidified herself as the action queen by playing the role of a grey antagonist ‘Laila’. Her jaw-dropping action moves alongside Sidharth Malhotra proves that she’s here to stay. Disha Patani’s diverse choices and her acting skills have proved that she’s here to conquer. 

On the work front, the action queen has a fab lineup of projects starting with the comic caper  ‘Welcome To The Jungle’. She will be seen in Suriya-starrer Tamil film ‘Kanguva’, and also has Prabhas-starrer ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ to her credit.
