The creators of RRR have arranged a special screening of the film in Japan scheduled for March 18th, with Rajamouli expected to grace the event. The RRR team announced that tickets for this exclusive showing were completely sold out within a minute of becoming available online. Writing on X, they exclaimed, "It's been nearly 1.5 years since its theatrical debut in Japan. Despite this, RRR continues to captivate audiences, with the March 18th screening selling out in less than a minute. Truly an absolute RRRAMPAGE…(sic)" RRR initially premiered in India on March 25, 2022, followed by its release in Japan on October 21 of the same year.
