Ranbir Kapoor vs Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal sequel

Ranbir Kapoor's Animal has made its debut in theatres across the globe today. Amid extreme craze among fans, shows are running houseful. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed crime drama is a complex tale of a father-son relationship with several twists and turns at every corner. Apart from being high on violence, the film is packed with surprises that leave the audience excited and pumped up.

One of the key surprises is the hint at a sequel. Just after the climax, Sandeep prepares the audience for an 'Animal Park'. Animal is one of those films that needs to be watched carefully. In the second half of the crime drama, Tripti Dimri's character Zoya warns Ranbir Kapoor's Rannvijay of his body double being created as a plan to assassinate his father, Balbir Singh (Anil Kapoor). The duplicate is a kin. While the audience was made to forget this particular detail with all the violence around, the director incorporated it in the credits scene.

The body double of Ranbir was introduced just before the closing frame. He's shown to be a butcher. Double the bloodbath! As we're introduced to the duplicate, a frame with Animal Park slides down, hinting at a possible sequel. Sandeep keeps the curiosity intact as he opens the possibility of having a Ranbir vs Ranbir face-off in the park of violence.

Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Tripti Dimri, is produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series and Pranav Reddy Vanga's Bhadrakali Pictures. The film has sold over 4 lac tickets for the first day.
