Naseeruddin Shah has been one of the finest actors of the industry. The actor has somehow recently been in the headlines for his statement over films like Gadar 2, The Kerala Stories and The Kashmir Files which according to him, promote fake propaganda in the name of patriotism.
Recently, Naseeruddin once again spoke about the contemporary films in one of the interviews, mentioning that he doesn’t understand films like RRR and Pushpa and can’t watch such films. 
He said, “I am pretty sure because I have great faith in the younger generation and I think that they are far more evolved, far more informed and far more savvy than we were. Apart from the thrill, I can’t imagine what else one gets from watching such films. I tried to watch RRR, but I couldn’t. I tried to watch Pushpa, but I couldn’t.”
Naseer saab recently made a comeback to the films as a director with his directorial short film Man Woman Man Woman which also stars his wife Ratna Pathak Shah.
