With some amazing releases off-late, it has has turned to be a record breaking week for the Bollywood at the box office.
Ranveer Singh - Alia Bhatt starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani continues to win hearts and has already reached Rs 140.02 crores in its third consecutive week and is still running strong. The film has crossed the figure of Rs 300 crores at the global box office!
OMG 2 starring Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi in the lead has grossed Rs 85.05 crores at the domestic box office in the first week of its release and with a solid word of mouth is going stronger with each passing day.
But it's Sunny Deol's Gadar2 which is smashing records and is standing at Rs 284.63 crores! Moving to its second week, it seems the film will soon breach the 500 crore club number it moves at this rate.
It’s been long since Bollywood had such stellar releases coming in a row, but with such success it looks like the filmmakers are successful in bringing the audience back at the theatres.
