Suhana Khan is a star in the making. The daughter of Gauri and Shah Rukh Khan will be making her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's Netflix film, The Archies, later this year. Much before stepping into the world of cinema, the 23-year-old has reportedly become the owner of agricultural land. 

According to reports, the land in Alibaug is spread across 1.5 acres and is said to be worth Rs 12.91 crores. The land with three structures (1,750 sq ft, 420 sq ft and 48 sq ft carpet area) is located at Thal village in Alibag in Raigad district. 

Suhana reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lacs on the transaction. The deal was registered on June 1, 2023.

She is yet to officially confirm the news.
