KL Rahul is celebrating his birthday today. He is the current captain for Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League and the husband of actress Athiya Shetty. On the special occasion, Rahul had a low-key celebration last night.

In a picture shared by one of his friends on Instagram, Rahul can be seen cutting a cake with Athiya by his side. He was dressed in a casual T-Shirt and pants whereas the actress looked lovely in a printed outfit. 

Rahul tied the knot with Athiya at her father Suniel Shetty's bungalow in Khandala on January 23.
