Kerala's 20-year-old Aria becomes second K-Pop idol from India!

Amid the rising popularity and influence of the K-Pop industry, 20-year-old Aria from India has joined the female group X:IN. Born as Gauthami in Kerala, she was a part of GBK Entertainment and enrolled as a trainee on their online training platform called Universe. In November 2022, she was selected as one of the five members of GBK's upcoming girl group MEP-C. However, earlier this year, she left the group.

In March, it was announced that Aria is a member of the girl group X:IN. Her membership was officially confirmed on March 8, 2023, as the fifth and final member. She made her debut on April 11 with their first full-length album titled Keeping the Fire.
