Mika Singh reportedly approaches Bombay High Court to quash 2006 Molestation Case for forcibly kissing Rakhi Sawant

According to reports, Mika Singh has approached the Bombay High Court to quash the FIR filed by Rakhi Sawant in 2006 after he forcibly kissed her. Reportedly, they have amicably resolved their differences over the years. 

As per a leading daily's report, Rakhi who is now busy with her professional commitments has no objection to the quashing of the FIR filed by her. Reportedly, Division bench of justices AS Gadkari and PD Naik was informed by Ayush Pasbola, who is Rakhi's lawyer that her affidavit was misplaced by the registry of the High Court and was not traceable. According to the report, the bench granted her a week's time to file a fresh affidavit.

Rakhi filed a case in the Bombay High Court after Mika grabbed her face and kissed her at his birthday party. He was reportedly booked for offences under sections 354 (molestation) and 323 (assault) of the Indian Penal Code. He was given bail in six days. Mika's plea will reportedly be heard on April 17.
