Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt entered the phase of parenthood in November last year with the arrival of their daughter named Raha Kapoor. During the promotions of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, the new daddy in tinsel town spoke about his baby girl and the changes she brought to his life. In one such interview with a publication for the film, Ranbir said he wants Raha to look like Alia whereas her personality should be more like his.
Talking to the publication, Ranbir hilariously told that if Raha is as vivacious as Alia, it will be a 'daunting task' for him to handle them at home. Addressing his wife, the actor quipped, "I hope [Raha] looks like you. She'll be a nicer-looking person if she looks like you. I just hope she has my personality and not your personality because I can't have two... Alia's a very loud personality, talks and she's very vivacious. Two girls at home like this would be quite a daunting task for me. I hope Raha is a bit more quiet and demure like me so then we both can handle Alia."
In an interview with PeepingMoon, Ranbir said he would want Raha to watch Barfi (2012) and Jagga Jasoos (2017) from his filmography. The actor also shared that he would make her watch her grandmother Neetu Kapoor's Do Kaliyaan too. "I would probably say Barfi or Jagga Jasoos. I'll start with that because it is a more child-friendly film. When we were kids, my sister and I would often watch our mother's film Do Kaliyaan. She did a double role. It was sort of inspired by The Parent Trap. I would probably show that," Ranbir told.
Ranbir and Alia's daughter Raha was born on November 6, 2022.
