Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan beats Aamir Khan's Dangal, becomes highest-grossing film in Hindi

Pathaan isn't just a film; it is a phenomenon. Breaking every past record, the spy thriller starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham is proving all box office predictions wrong. Now, as it completed 11 days at the box office, the film broke yet another record. Pathaan became the highest-grossing Hindi language film. It defeated Aamir Khan's Dangal (2016).

In just 11 days, Pathaan collected 780 crores worldwide. It has to be noted that the film has only defeated Dangal in the Hindi version. The Aamir Khan-headlined film still remains ahead due to its insane run at the Chinese box office in 2017. The Mandarin version of Dangal collected approximately 1200 crore. Dangal's total collection, including the Hindi version, is 2000 crores.
