Anushka Sharma joined her cricketer-husband Virat Kohli in Mohali for his 100th test match. It was a special day for Virat as he was felicitated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) ahead of the 100th Test of his international career. Virat became the 12th Indian player to complete 100 test matches. Sachin Tendulkar holds the all-time record of playing 200 Tests - the most in cricket’s history.
Soon after the felicitation, fans started sharing photos and videos of Anushka and Virat from the field. In one of the photos, Virat is seen planting a kiss on wifey Anushka's cheeks. Anushka, who often accompanies Virat for his matches, joined him in Punjab on his special day. Photos and videos from the felicitation ceremony have surfaced online. Fans could not contain their excitement as they expressed their happiness to see their favourite couple together.

Recently, Virat Kohli announced that he is stepping down from Test captaincy of the Indian team. He also stepped down as captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) after IPL 2021.
