Hrithik Roshan, who was last seen in YRF's War (2019), will be returning to the big screens with the Hindi remake of the Tamil film Vikram Vedha. Co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte, the film is expected to release on September 30, 2022. The superstar is now gearing up to give a major surprise to all his fans.
Hrithik will be celebrating his 48th birthday on Monday that is January 10. On this occasion, he will be unveiling his first look from Vikram Vedha. The superstar plays the role of Vedha whereas Saif has been cast for the character of Vikram.

Vikram Vedha's Hindi remake was greenlit with Aamir Khan and Saif in the lead roles. However, Aamir opted out of the film in 2020 and Hrithik stepped in. The film went on floors in 2021.
The Tamil film Vikram Vedha featured R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead. Hrithik is playing Vijay's Vedha, a gangster while Saif steps in the shoes of Madhavan as Vikram, the righteous cop. The thriller is reportedly based on the tale of Raja Vikramaditya and Betaal and imagines the explorative tale of the grey space between good and evil in a modern-day set-up. Pushkar and Gayathri, who helmed the original, are directing the remake too.
