Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone visit Alibaug to discuss the interiors of their swanky new bungalow worth Rs. 22 crore

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have joined the growing list of Bollywood stars with an address in Alibaug. Two weeks back, the couple visited the local registrar’s office for the paperwork. Now, it has been revealed that the couple purchased a swanky new bungalow worth Rs 22 crore in Alibaug. On September 29, the couple reached their new holiday home with interior designer Vinita Chaitanya to discuss the interiors of the house.

Vinita shared a black-and-white picture with Ranveer and Deepika on Instagram and wrote, “Who are these dudes in my car? #welcometoalibaugh @deepikapadukone @ranveersingh (sic).”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s Rs 22 crore property in Alibaug was registered on September 1 and an amount of Rs 1.32 crore was paid as stamp duty. According to Moneycontrol, the registration document states that the bungalow is spread across 2.25 acres with a built-up area of 18,000 sq ft. The 5 BHK holiday home has a ground and a first floor, located about 10 minutes from Kihim Beach.

Meanwhile, last month, reports suggested that Deepika had purchased an expensive service apartment. The actress had booked the property at an under-construction high-rise in her hometown, Bengaluru.
