Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora are dating each other for quite some years. One of Bollywood's most popular couples, fans are eagerly waiting to see them tie the knot. Despite enjoying popularity, Arjun and Malaika have been facing much criticism. Recently, a news report compared Arjun and Malaika's wealth.
Malaika started her career in the '90s as a VJ and did some advertisements before stepping into Bollywood with the dance number Chaiyya Chaiyya in Dil Se. She has been actively working in films and TV since then. Arjun will complete 10 years as an actor in 2022. Reacting to the news report, Arjun, in a now-deleted Instagram story, said, "It's sad & shameful to read a daft headline like this is 2021. Of course she earns well & has worked for so many years to be in a place not be compared to anyone let alone me."
Malaika was married to Arbaaz Khan for 19 years but they parted ways in 2017. She found love in Arjun and they are currently in a stable relationship. Praising Malaika, Arjun said in an interview, "The way she has conducted her way through life from being a woman who started working at the age of 20 to today, being an independent woman with her own personality. I have never seen her complain. I have never seen her harbour any negativity. I have never seen her trying to change the narrative about things. She just believed in keeping her head down with dignity and letting her work do the talking and leading a life that allows her to be happy. I learn from her every day!"
Workwise, Arjun will be seen in Bhoot Police and Ek Villain 2. Malaika was last seen as the judge of the dance reality show, India's Best Dancer.
