Akshay Kumar and Nupur Sanon did it once again. After smashing records with their music video Filhall in 2020, Akshay and Nupur teamed up for the song's second part titled Filhaal 2 Mohabbat. The music video released on July 6 and it was loved by all. Composed by B Praak, written by Jaani and directed by Arvindr Khaira, Filhaal 2 Mohabbat made a new record and set the benchmark high for upcoming music videos.
Casting their magic, Akshay, Nupur, B Praak, Jaani and Arvindr took the Filhaal franchise to a new high. So much so that the music video became the most-viewed Indian song in its first 24 hours. The song has become a rage and people are trending it. In the first 24 hours, Filhaal 2 Mohabbat garnered 51 Million views. At the time of publishing, it had 91,540,436 views (and counting). It has become a bigger hit than the prequel.

In 2020, Filhall became the 50th fastest song to cross 800 million views on Youtube World Charts. The core theme of Filhaal 2 Mohabbat was heartbreak. Akshay plays the role of a heartbroken lover who finds it difficult to erase the memory of Nupur, whom he loved unconditionally. Even after she is married to someone else, Akshay can't take her out of his life. Nupur, who still loves Akshay, struggles to move on. They recall priceless moments spent with each other. But, their love story has an unexpected and tragic end.
