Bollywood celebrities usually invest a lot in properties. Now, Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Kapoor have bought properties in Mumbai. While Amitabha has bought a  5,184 sq ft property, Arjun has purchased a 4BHK villa. 

Big B purchased a property worth 31 crores. The actor bought the 5,184 sq ft property in Mumbai in December but registered it only in April. He paid a stamp duty of 62 lakh. The property is estimated to be worth 60000 per square foot. It has also been learned that the property is located on the 27th and the 28th floors, and comes with six car parks. Amitabh already has several bungalows in Mumbai including Jalsa, Prateeksha, Janak and Vatsa.

Arjun, on the other hand, has bought a 4HK apartment close to his girlfriend Malaika Arora's house. According to recent reports, Arjun will now be Malaika's neighbour. Arjun bought a posh 4BHK villa worth Rs. 20 crores in a lavish society in Bandra. Malaika lives in the same society, as per reports. 

In 2019, Arjun and Malaika made their relationship official, and ever since then, fans have been waiting for the couple to take the next step forward. A lot of rumours around Malaika and Arjun's wedding in 2020 were floating around. However, it looks like the couple has decided to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic.
