Film producer Tanujj Garg has shared priceless unseen pictures of veteran actresses Waheeda Rehman, Asha Parekh and Helen while on a holiday in Andamans. Enjoying the sunshine and breeze during a boat ride, the popular stars are snapped living it up during their vacation. In the photos shared online, Waheeda, Asha and Helen are seen cheerfully smiling for the camera. In another picture, Waheeda is also snapped enthusiastically trying to drive the boat.
“If "Dil Chahta Hai" were to get remade with three grand dames, it would be with these #legends - Waheeda Rehman, Asha Parekh and Helen. Enjoying their retirement years, holidaying in the Andamans. Filled with joie de vivre. Put a massive smile on my face. Eventually what we're left with when we're old is youth of the ilk, memories, love and a few good mates,” the filmmaker had captioned the priceless pictures.
Previously, Shaina NC had shared a picture with the trio from a beach in Andaman. She had captioned the click, “With the #wonderwomen of the film industry, timeless grace #helen aunty , #waheedarehman #ashaparekh in #andamanislands.” The post, however, was later deleted.
Veteran journalist S Ramachandran also shared a few more photos on Twitter and wrote, "Majaa ni life... juice pivanu snorkelling karvanu..."
