Veteran actor Dilip Kumar, 98, was recently hospitalised for some health issues. The actor was under doctors' supervision at the hospital for a few days. Now, Dilip Sahab's wife, Saira Banu told a leading daily that he is recovering well and will be discharged on Sunday.
Confirming that Dilip Sahab was hospitalised as he also needs regular health checkups, Saira said, "Dilip Kumar Saab is recovering well and will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow." However, she didn't disclose details of Dilip Sahab's health condition.
In August and September 2020, Dilip Sahab lost his younger brothers Ehsan Khan and Aslam Khan to COVID-19. According to reports, they were 90 years old and 88 years old respectively. Due to the passing away of his brothers, Dilip Sahab chose to cancel his birthday celebrations in December 2020.
