Shoot of Ajay Devgn-Sidharth Malhotra's Thank God comes to a halt due to COVID-19 second wave

In January this year, Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh's film Thank God went on floors. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film will reportedly feature Ajay as a modern-day Yamraj. Now, as the Government of Maharashtra has announced a strict curfew in the state as COVID-19 cases are on a rise, shoots of films and TV shows have been stalled. Due to this, Thank God has also been delayed.

Talking to a leading daily, Anand Pandit, the producer of Thank God, told, "We had planned another schedule in the end of April, but given the prevailing situation, production has come to a standstill. We don’t know how things will pan out in the coming days, so we can’t think of making any plans. Everyone needs to take the necessary precautions and follow the guidelines. Safety of all is of utmost importance."
