'URI' fame Dhairya Karwa becomes the latest member of Karan Johar's talent management company Dharma Cornerstone Agency

Karan Johar in association with Cornerstone Agency recently launched a collaborative space to promote budding talent. The new venture is called DCA (Dharma Cornerstone Agency). The latest talent of the agency is Dhairya Karwa and the actor is elated by the news. Dhairya rose to fame with his performance in Vicky Kaushal's 2019 superhit film URI: The Surgical Strike

Karan introduced Dhairya with a showreel and captioned it as, "Join me in welcoming @dhairya275 to the #DCASquad! He has a vibe that can captivate you in an instant! Having already earned rave reviews for his performance in #URI, he’s raring to prove his talent once again."

In an earlier post, Karan Johar had introduced the DCA squad and wrote how DCA intends to support four new talents. He wrote, “In this vast playground of Indian cinema, we’ve always aimed to support new talent for them to flourish, whether it’s been actors, directors, technicians or artists in the musical field. With the same spirit at heart and goal in our minds, we are proud to be presenting 4 new talents, who in their short span of time have garnered immense love and recognition from fans and industry alike with their work. The energy they bring on screen is electric and we can't wait to see these powerhouses in their element. Shower them with unabashed love, welcome them with open hearts onto your screens & look forward to them steadily becoming the faces of the new generation with their talent! Tune in on 16th February onwards through the week, every day at 11am to know them! #DCASquad (sic).”

He also shared a video, giving a glimpse of the four new talents, without showing their faces. Tripti Dimri and Gurfateh Pirzada were the first two to be introduced earlier this week.
