Ranveer Singh has reunited with director Rohit Shetty for their upcoming film, Cirkus. The project which is an adaptation of William Shakespeare's play The Comedy Of Errors, went on floors last year. Now, as the shoot of Cirkus is taking place in Mumbai, rumour has it that the film will release on New Year's eve.
According to reports, Rohit and the team have completed a major portion of Cirkus at a studio in Mumbai. Reportedly, they will now head to Ooty and Goa to complete the film's shoot. If the team meets the deadline, the film will enjoy a three-day holiday at the box office. In the past, Rohit released Simmba featuring Ranveer and Sara Ali Khan on December 28, 2018, and it performed well due to a long New Year weekend.

Cirkus also stars Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, Siddharth Jadhav, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Vrajesh Hirjee, Vijay Patkar, Sulbha Arya, Mukesh Tiwari, Anil Charanjeett, Ashwini Kalsekar and Murli Sharma. Cirkus is presented by T-Series in association with Reliance Entertainment.
