Vikrant Massey took to Instagram to share a new picture with his mother Aamna Massey and fiancee Sheetal Thakur doing puja. The picture left his fans confused as many thought the actor had secretly tied the knot with Sheetal and flooded his comments section with congratulatory messages. However, Vikrant asked his fans to ‘reserve’ their wishes and added that they are ‘not married yet’. The picture is from the ‘grih pravesh’ ceremony that he and his fiancé performed as they moved into their new house.
Vikrant shared the picture with the caption, “With my human-modak & better-half #FeelingYellow @aamnamassey @sheetalthakur PS: Not yet married. Please reserve your wishes.” Vikrant's friend and TV actor Karan Wahi, in the comments section of the post, jokingly wrote, "Grah pravesh ke sath mangalam bhagvwan Vishnu." To which Vikrant replied, "Bhai in-laws hote sath, toh pakka nipta dete but I guess ab thoda wait".
Reacting to the photo, Vikrant’s colleagues and followers showered the couple with good wishes. Gulshan Devaiah wrote, “Wah Wah,” while Gauahar Khan wrote, “Congratulations god bless u all in ur new home!” Aditya Narayan wrote, “ !”
Sheetal also shared a few pictures on her Instagram. She captioned them, “New Beginnings with my one and only @vikrantmassey87.”
Recently, Vikrant had shared on Instagram and Sheetal and he had bought a new house for themselves in Mumbai. He had posted a photo that showed the two at their new house. Vikrant and Sheetal got engaged in the presence of close friends and family members in a private roka ceremony in November 2020.
