Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their first child, a baby girl on January 11, 2021. Soon after the Indian cricket team captain shared the announcement on social media, congratulatory messages have been pouring out for them. According to PeepingMoon sources, the baby has been named Anvi. However, the new parents in town are yet to officially announce it.
Days after Anushka and Virat's daughter arrived, Amul congratulated them in its own unique way. The Indian dairy cooperative society, on its Instagram handle, shared a topical to mark the arrival of baby Virushka. Interestingly, team India was playing in Australia and earned a draw in the Sydney Test on the day of Anushka and Virat's daughter's birth. In the topical, Amul wrote, "Bowled Over By This Delivery" and "Welcome It Home"
Virat, announcing the birth of his daughter, wrote, "We are thrilled to share with you that we've been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers, and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat"
