Rakul Preet Singh tests COVID-19 positive while shooting for Mayday in Hyderabad, actress quarantines herself

India, over a period of time, has managed to flatten the COVID-19 curve. However, the pandemic hasn't gone yet. Bollywood celebrities who have resumed shoot are at maximum risk. After Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, Rakul Preet Singh has tested COVID positive. The actress, today, on her Instagram account, shared the news with her fans and industry friends. 

Rakul, in her statement, wrote, "I'd like to inform everyone that I have tested positive for COVID-19. I have quarantined myself. I am feeling fine and will rest up well so that I can be back at shoot soon. Request everyone who met me to kindly get yourself tested. Last month, after Diwali, Rakul jetted off to the Maldives with her parents and brother for a vacation. She has been shooting for films down South. Her upcoming Bollywood films are Attack and Sardar & Grandson. She is shooting for Mayday in Hyderabad. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn. Her Sardar & Grandson co-star Arjun Kapoor had also tested positive for the novel Coronavirus in September.
