US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passes away at 87; Priyanka Chopra Jonas & other B-Town celebs pay last respects

On Saturday, several Bollywood stars penned heartwarming messages in honour of US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died on Friday at her home in Washington due to complications from cancer. She was 87-years-old. Her teachings have remained the highlight of her career and after her passing away new, celebrities and wellwishers have been posting her empowering quotes and paying tribute to her. 

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Taapsee Pannu, Jacqueline Fernandez and Neha Dhupia offered condolence. 

Priyanka shared a photo of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and wrote, ""For both men and women the first step in getting power is to become visible to others, and then to put on an impressive show. . . . As women achieve power, the barriers will fall. As society sees what women can do, as women see what women can do, there will be more women out there doing things, and we’ll all be better off for it.” -Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Your impact and contribution will never be forgotten. Kareena took to her social media handle to mourn the loss of RBG. Putting up an Instagram story to pay her condolences, she wrote, ‘Rest in Power'.

Sonam also shared a tribute message on her Instagram story. 

Taapsee, Jacqueline and Neha also paid respect.
