'Nobody can match the size of your heart,' says Athiya Shetty sharing an endearing throwback video on father Suniel Shetty's birthday

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty turned 59 today. Since the clock struck midnight, fans and well-wishers of the Dhadkan actor have been showering him with love and good wishes. Making the occasion special and thanking him, Suniel's daughter Athiya Shetty took a trip down the memory lane and shared a throwback video on Instagram. The actress, calling her father her 'bestest friend' and 'wisest teacher', posted a video wherein she is seen riding on his shoulder as they break into an impromptu jig on Ek Punjaban song from the film Major Saab

"to my wisest teacher, greatest protector, toughest workout buddy and my bestest friend, happy birthday! love you papa, nobody can match the size of your heart," Athiya wrote. Along with the video, Athiya shared a picture with Suniel from her childhood. Dressed in a pretty white frock with matching white floral hairband, the actress looked adorable as her father planted a kiss on her cheek.

Workwise, Suniel was last seen in Rajinikanth's Darbar. He has films like Mumbai SagaMosagallu and Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham. On the other hand, Athiya was seen opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Motichoor Chaknachoor. Suniel's son Ahan Shetty is gearing up for his Bollywood debut with the Hindi remake of RX100. The film co-starring Tara Sutaria is reportedly titled Tadap.
