Amit Sadh opens up about having suicidal thoughts at the age of 16, says 'it is a sign of strength when you admit you are weak'

Actor Amit Sadh recently talked about having suicidal thoughts at the age of 16 and how he talked himself out of it. He said that it was a ‘sign of strength’ to admit to weakness or failure, and a nurturing environment can help troubled people.

In an interview with an entertainment website, Amit said, “I think it takes courage. I think it is a sign of strength when you admit you are wrong, weak or failing. The only thing is, you have to be lucky and blessed to have an environment and people around you who don’t kick you in ba**s when you tell them that you are falling.”

On the work front, the actor was last seen in Amazon Prime's Breathe: Into The Shadows. The actor will be next seen in ZEE5's Yaara
