Sanjay Dutt’s daughter, Trishala Dutt has shared a new picture of her late boyfriend on Instagram. She had announced the death of her Italian partner in July last year through a social media post. Today on his first death anniversary, Trishala shared a picture of herself with her late boyfriend and professed her love for him. In the picture, the two are seen sitting on a cart, happily posing for the photo.
Trishala wrote a heartfelt note and started it with, "Today marks 1 year since the ground beneath me seemed to crumble and my life changed." She further went on to explain how she dealt with her loss in the past 1 year. She also mentioned losing her mother at the age of 8 and coping up with it for almost 20 years after which she lost her partner. She opened up about mental health issues, joining support clubs, quitting her job, gaining 13 kgs, and crying to an extent where there are no tears left anymore. She ended the note by writing, "He never left my side, never EVER let me go to bed upset, or left me wondering where I stood in his life. He made sure to let me and everyone else know that I was his entire heart every.second of every.day. To me, he was magic. It was a joy to be a part of his life. He will always be apart of my journey, and my story. My memories are all I have left of him, and I will never ever forget him. I’m half a heart without him, but even with that, I still and will always be and feel like the luckiest girl in the entire world to have been his...as he was mine. October 07, 1986 - July 02, 2019"

Trishala is Sanjay’s eldest child from his first wife Richa Sharma and was born and raised in New York. Her mother was an actress and married Sanjay in 1987. Richa was diagnosed with a brain tumour within two years of marriage and moved to New York for treatment. She succumbed to the fatal disease in 1996. Trishala has been brought up by her maternal grandparents.
