During the first six months of our marriage, Virat Kohli and I spent 21 days together: Anushka Sharma

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have been setting major couple goals since their fairytale wedding in 2017. The couple, owing to their respective hectic schedules, barely finds time to spend together. Talking about their tight work plans, Anushka, during an interview with a magazine, revealed that they spent only 21 days together in the first six months of their marriage. The actress said that though they would visit each other, it was a vacation as one person was always working. Saying that the visits would be to squeeze in one meal together, Anushka told that the time was precious for Virat and her.

"People assume when I’m visiting Virat or when he is visiting me that it’s a holiday, but it’s really not. One person is always working. In fact, during the first six months of our marriage, we spent 21 days together. Yes, I actually calculated. So when I visit him overseas, it’s to squeeze in that one meal together. It’s precious time for us," Anushka told.

Thanks to the Coronavirus pandemic and a nationwide lockdown, Anushka and Virat got some time to spend together. The couple, on social media, would often share sneak peeks of their daily activities.

Workwise, Anushka's Netflix film Bulbbul featuring Tripti Dimri, Avinash Tiwary, Paoli Dam and Rahul Bose is winning critical as well as commercial success. She produced it under her home banner Clean Slate Films with her brother Karnesh Ssharma. Her Amazon Prime Video series Paatal Lok is still the talk of the town. On the acting front, Anushka is yet to announce her next after Zero in 2018. It is said that she will feature in cricketer Jhulan Goswami's biopic.
