On June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput left the world for his heavenly abode. The actor, 34, died of suicide, sending his family, friends and fans into a zone of shock. Many are still in disbelief, but Sushant continues to live in everyone's memory. Remembering him fondly, Sushant's family in Patna held a prayer meet on June 21. Days after, a picture of Sushant's devastated father KK Singh from the prayer meet went viral.
Lost and devastated, KK Singh remembered his son fondly as the family prayed for the deceased actor's soul. The visual of him sitting by Sushant's photo frame is heartbreaking for words to describe. His pain inflicted in his eyes speaks volumes of the grief.
Sushant, on June 14, was found hanging at his Bandra residence. He was cremated in Mumbai on June 15 by his family with a couple of his industry friends present. The actor's ashes were immersed in the Ganga on June 18.
Sushant made his acting debut with Ekta Kapoor's Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and then portrayed the role of Manav in Pavitra Rishta alongside Ankita Lokhande. He entered Bollywood with Kai Po Che and did films like M.S Dhoni: The Untold Story, PK, Shuddh Desi Romance, Kedarnath, Sonchiriya and Chhichhore. His last film Dil Bechara will be getting an OTT release shortly.
