Malaika Arora expresses gratitude towards BMC officials for sanitising her building amid COVID-19 scare

A few weeks ago, Malaika Arora's building in Mumbai was sealed by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) after a resident was tested positive for Coronavirus. PeepingMoon.com, in an exclusive piece dated June 11, 2020, informed its readers that Malaika's sister Amrita Arora's in-laws, as well as Sophie Choudry's housemaid, were also infected with the novel COVID-19. They also reside in the same building as Malaika. 

Malaika, on Instagram stories yesterday, thanked the BMC officials for sanitising the building. She shared a picture of the staff belonging to the sanitisation department and wrote, "Thank u for protecting us n keeping us safe". Malaika's building was cordoned off for being containment area and a banner was put up on the gate for others to take precautionary measures.

PeepingMoon.com, in the exclusive report, informed that Sophie's housemaid is believed to have picked up the infection from the nurse who was attending Amrita's in-laws. Amrita back then confirmed that they recovered well and were asked to remain home-quarantined. Sophie's housemaid was reportedly shifted to a quarantine facility. 

Malaika, amid the lockdown, has been keeping herself occupied with yoga, cooking and much more. The actress, a social media regular, motivates her followers to remain positive throughout and gives major fitness goals.
