Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad visits Sushant Singh Rajput’s family in Patna to offer his condolences

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has left everyone shaken to their core. His demise is being mourned by not only his friends and family but also by the country’s leaders and his countless fans. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also shared his condolence on the actor’s untimely and tragic passing.

Today, Union Minister of Law & Justice, Communications, Electronics & Information Technology Minister of India, Ravi Shankar Prasad visited Sushant’s family at their Patna residence. Ravi Shankar Prasad is the Member of Parliament from Patna (Sushant’s native town).

He also tweeted on meeting Sushant’s family and wrote, “Visited Patna home of #SushantSinghRajput. Met his family members. Paid my condolences. A super talented actor with great promise had to meet such an unfortunate end. Creative acting in films is left poorer with his sad demise. He had to achieve great heights. He deserved more.”

Sushant passed away by suicide on Sunday, June 14. He was 34 years old.
