The outburst of COVID-19 pandemic has locked many of us in our homes to follow the self-imposed quarantine, including our favorite tinsel town celebrities. With nothing much to do these days, our B-town divas and dapper men have been using their social media space to treat us with some throwback pictures or raise awareness about the ongoing situation.
Recently, actors Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, South superstar Mahesh Babu, cricketer M.S Dhoni and several other stars joined hands for ace celebrity photographer Avinash Gowariker’s one-of-a-kind campaign.
Avinash shared some previously shot pictures from his photo archives to support his unique campaign ‘Wear A Mask’. Covering their faces, this campaign encouraged fans to wear a mask featuring their favorite celebs.
Amitabh shared a collage of all these pictures and promoted Avi’s unique cause. While Big B and Tiger Shroff hid behind their turtlenecks; SRK, Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan and Mahesh used hands to cover their face. Priyanka Chopra Jonas and MSD resorted to gloves whereas Hrithik Roshan opted for a clapperboard.
Avinash also shared the single shots on his social media page with a caption, “WEAR A MASK... IT’S SAFER...PS: This is an image in a photo series I’m doing, using stock pics from older photoshoots...#WearAMaskItsSafer!! #GoCorona #StaySafe.”
Now that’s quite a unique way to promote wearing masks, isn’t it?
